Ok, so, while I was in Vegas, I posted some shots from the NAB Conference. The National Association of Broadcast (NAB) held it's annual US Conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Below are some toys/gadgets that I would not mind getting my hands on for KRJ Productions. All investors welcome. LOL!
This is an old school camera that was on display. My how times have changed!
Here is the Canon XH A1 High Definition camera.
This is a tricked out Canon XL H1 ready for film production. They put a 35mm lens on this piece!
I just liked their branding. You could see the JVC booth no matter where you were in the Convention Center. You'll see KRJ big as day one year as well. Stay tuned!
This is a JVC High Definition broadcast camera, with some barn doors on the lens. This company's booth was full of extra attachments for HD broadcast cams.
This is for my audio heads out there. I have no idea what this board does, but it looks futuristic.
Sennheiser just released the world's smallest lavalier microphone. This mic is said to be sweat resistant and the whole nine!
Here are some "blinged" out microphones that were posted in the Sennheiser booth. The candy comes from Swarovski, and these things are a grip.
Ok, these guys were doing soft-edge blending. They had a super long wide screen projection screen up and were running three separate projectors. The soft-edge blending allowed them to merge all 3 projection images to look like one seamless image. I should have gotten a shot of the screen to show the perspective, but I was too mesmorized, so MY BAD!

Red Rock Canyon
So, after a long week of seminar sessions on the most advanced technology on the planet, we decided to roll out to Red Rock Canyon just outside of Las Vegas. I am no longer a fan of GPS, because it was only suppose to take us 15 mins to get to this spot, but the GPS had us lost for about 45 mins. Peep some shots below...
NAB 2009
We've been in Las Vegas all week at the NAB (National Association of Broadcast) Conference. Man, when I tell you I've been in gadget heaven!!! From online streaming of live video, to high definition video on demand, this conference had it all. There is so much more to say about this experience, but I am TIRED! Peep some of the shots below and I will be posting more later.

"When We Were Kids" Premier
This evening I helped out a buddy of mine, Jay White, with Fishers of Men Production. They had a screening of their new movie "When We Were Kids". The movie premiered at the best Salvation Army building I have ever been to. The Kroc Center Atlanta is a state of the art facility, complete with a dance studio, basketball gym, film studio, and much more. Everyone pitched in and the event was a success. Shout out to my OG, Wan Byrd, with Diamond Black Films for the photos!

KRJ Productions goes LIVE!!!
KRJ Productions is making moves, offering editing on the fly. Now with portable production unit, no matter the event, if you require more than two cameras, we will bring the edit bay to you!
Check out owner Keven Digital directing LIVE Easter Sunday. This was a 3 camera shoot (Panasonic DVX-100B & 2 Canon XL2s), with LIVE stream to the internet, recorded straight to DVD, and LIVE projection in two overflow rooms. Big ups to our Camera Crew and shout out to Shannon McCollum & Geoffery Dawson for the flix!
